1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Créafrik Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Service provides AI-generated professional photography based on user-uploaded selfies.
2. User Content and Conduct
You must own all rights to the images (selfies) you upload. By uploading images, you guarantee that:
- You are the person in the photos, or you have explicit consent from the person in the photos.
- The photos do not contain minors, nudity, or offensive content.
- You will not use the service to generate deepfakes, impersonate others, or create harmful content.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Generated Images: You own the full commercial rights to all images generated for you by the Service. You are free to use them for your resume, LinkedIn, social media, or commercial projects.
Platform Rights: Créafrik retains all rights to the underlying technology, AI pipelines, and platform design.
4. Payments and Credits
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased via our payment partners (Mobile Money, Cards). Because our system incurs significant computational costs to train custom AI models on your photos, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the AI generation process has started, unless there is a critical technical failure on our end.
5. Limitation of Liability
Artificial Intelligence is an unpredictable technology. While we strive for the highest quality, Créafrik does not guarantee that the generated images will be a perfect likeness or free of AI artifacts (e.g., slight distortions). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
